Click Book appointment
Check box to right of Appointment of U-Cut Canaan Fir Tree to place a check mark there
Click Continue at bottom
Look at November and December calendar and pick a date by touching it
Select preferred arrival time from available times
Enter your mobile phone, email, First and Last name
Click Book Appointment
Repeat for each tree that you plan to purchase.
